How our controls work
Cookies and browser storage remember website settings. Google Analytics and Tag Manager do not load before permission. Rejecting does not prevent using the website or registration form. You can allow analytics alone or keep necessary storage only.
We store your choice with its policy version and time in this browser for up to 12 months. We ask again after expiry or material changes. An old choice without a timestamp does not automatically enable analytics. Fonts load from our website, not Google Fonts.
Storage used
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
astere.analytics-consent.v2 | Astere: consent choice, version and time in local storage. | Up to 12 months |
astere-lang | Astere: your selected language in local storage. | Until cleared in the browser |
astere-chunk-reload | Astere: technical recovery after a site update, in session storage. | Temporary; no longer than the browser session |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4: distinguishes visitors and sessions, only with consent. | By default up to 2 years; browsers may shorten this |
Signing into ID or applications can also use necessary authentication and request-protection cookies. These end on logout or the session lifetime defined by security settings; these analytics controls do not disable them.
Google Analytics and withdrawal
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Analytics storage is allowed only after an affirmative choice; ad storage, ad user data and personalization remain denied. Rejecting or withdrawing stops analytics, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload existing tags. The choice is also synchronized to other tabs of this site.
You can also clear storage in browser settings, after which you will be asked again. If local storage is blocked, we remember your choice only until the page reloads.
