Astere is a Lailio SIA product. This policy covers the astere.app public website, interest registrations and website analytics. Organization application data is also governed by the applicable service agreement.

Data and purposes
- Interest registration: first and last name, email, optional phone number and selected apps. We use these to respond and arrange Astere access (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Technical request data, including IP address and browser information, supports availability and security; our basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Only with consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visited pages, device characteristics and interactions using pseudonymous identifiers (Article 6(1)(a)). We do not request or grant advertising-personalization consent.
Registration does not depend on analytics consent. Form field contents are not needed to make your analytics choice.
Recipients and retention
Registrations are stored in a database we manage. Access is limited to authorized people and processors needed to provide the service; authorities receive data when required by law. If you allow analytics, its recipient is Google Ireland Limited and its processing providers.
Under Lailio policy, enquiries and correspondence are kept for up to three years after the last contact if no contract follows. Analytics identifier lifetimes appear in the cookie policy; detailed analytics retention is determined by the GA4 property's retention settings and the need to compare website usage. Withdrawal stops future collection rather than automatically deleting existing aggregate reports.

Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and receive portable data where applicable. Contact info@lailio.com. Analytics consent can be withdrawn in this site's footer; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
